Coordinator, Trade Marketing - Sports & Olympics

Location: New York, NY, United States; hybrid schedule with Monday–Thursday onsite and Friday virtual

Salary: USD 55,000–58,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and maintain sales presentations, one-sheets, web landing pages, media kits, email campaigns, client mailers, and event collateral for NBC Sports.
• Manage programming updates and organize logos, imagery, dates, and other sales assets.
• Coordinate communication with Sales, Research, Consumer and Trade Marketing, Programming, and other internal stakeholders.
• Support event ideation, venue exploration, branding, guest-list management, and onsite execution.
• Manage premium merchandise inventory and order branded items based on Sales priorities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with an agency, client, media company, or sales organization.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Cloud; Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency preferred.
• Ability to create innovative, visually clear designs while following brand guidelines.
• Understanding of advertising marketplaces and media research tools, with the ability to derive insights and develop sales stories.
• Strong organization, project management, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Must work from the New York office in a hybrid capacity and have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
