Sr. Client Service Analyst - Corporate Mortgage Finance

What you will do

• Support mortgage warehouse lending activities, including collateral processing, eNote management, loan aging surveillance, mark-to-market, hedge monitoring, and post-funding quality control.
• Review and approve funding, collateral, and settlement requests within assigned authority and company policy.
• Provide high-touch client support by handling inquiries, clearing exceptions, resolving problems, and delivering training through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Ensure queues, reports, assignments, transactions, and responses are completed accurately within defined service-level agreements.
• Escalate delays and workflow issues, communicate trends and training needs to management, and support business continuity during outages or disasters.
• Participate in assigned projects and collaborate with clients, relationship managers, peers, and management.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant mortgage operations experience, preferably in mortgage warehouse finance or another specialty finance area.
• At least 3 years of operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 3 years of collateral experience with MERS and eNotes is preferred.
• Proficient written and verbal communication, organizational, planning, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience using ProMerit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and managing multiple tasks independently.
