What you will do

• Lead the Information Security function and contribute to short- and long-term security strategies.
• Manage the full risk lifecycle, including assessments, treatment plans, and mitigation activities.
• Coordinate the vulnerability management programme and oversee the effectiveness of security controls.
• Maintain the ISO 27001-aligned ISMS and regulatory compliance across applicable gaming, government, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate SOC incident response, escalations, audits, assessments, security reviews, and remediation activities.
• Drive security awareness and training, report security KPIs, and collaborate with IT and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience across Information Security and IT.
• Experience implementing ISO 27001/27002, GDPR, NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and gambling compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with risk assessments, risk treatment plans, vulnerability management, and security documentation.
• Professional security certification such as CISSP, CRISC, C|CISO, CISM, or an equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Project and process management experience in Agile environments.
