IT Governance Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Recommend IT GRC policies that strengthen internal controls and the organization’s security posture.
• Lead change management and organization-wide implementation of IT governance policies.
• Communicate IT security, risk, governance, and compliance matters to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with senior management to align governance policies with business strategy and organizational needs.
• Partner with security, data, compliance, and legal teams to define system and process requirements.
• Oversee governance policy implementation and improve security policies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT governance; 10 or more years is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Knowledge of POJK and UU PDP regulations.
• Strong logical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree or cybersecurity certification such as CISSP or CISA.
• Protection Officer certification.
