Tax Manager (EMEA)

Location: Must be based in Dublin, Ireland with the right to work in Ireland. Hybrid role requiring in-person collaboration 3 days per week.

Compensation: €80,000 – €100,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Advise on VAT registration, rate determinations, and compliance obligations across EMEA.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for EMEA tax regulations.
• Train and oversee the tax operations team to ensure accurate VAT filings.
• Partner with product teams to handle e-invoicing mandates and fiscal representation requirements.
• Support customer implementations and escalations regarding global tax compliance.
• Translate regulatory changes into actionable guidance for the business.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GST/VAT compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of VAT registration, filing, and reporting requirements.
• Must be based in Dublin with the right to work in Ireland.
• Curiosity and experience experimenting with AI tools to build workflows or creative solutions.
