Senior Business Analyst (Product Compliance)

Location: Hybrid working from the head office in Lenton twice a week, near Nottingham city centre, UK.

What you will do

• Translate complex business requirements into detailed system requirements.
• Align technology solutions with existing and new business processes across internal teams.
• Define and apply business analysis tools, methodologies, and techniques for requirements gathering.
• Work with project teams to assess change readiness and support delivery of a global change project.
• Run vendor tendering and assessment processes with third parties.
• Assess and mitigate technological and organisational risks.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a business analyst.
• Background in product compliance, manufacturing, or buying.
• Strong interpersonal, critical-thinking, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate business needs into effective delivery outcomes.
• Experience working with third parties on vendor tendering and assessment processes.
• Ability to work from the Lenton head office twice a week on a hybrid basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Master Data Management, Product Information Management, or Product Lifecycle Management.
