Focus on screening corporate parties, maintaining accurate CRM pipelines, coordinating escalations with Compliance, and driving high-volume cases to completion.

What you will do
- Own the full corporate KYB onboarding lifecycle from application intake and document collection through risk assessment, compliance submission, account activation, and post-approval follow-up.
- Review corporate documentation across jurisdictions and entity structures, collect client clarifications, and request authorised-user documentation when required.
- Run Sumsub and Refinitiv screening, log potential matches, and escalate PEP, sanctions, and multi-hit cases to Compliance.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline stages, deal fields, case records, and Risk Assessment forms in real time.
- Communicate with clients in English, manage compliance feedback, and coordinate with Compliance, Back Office, Legal, and Product to unblock cases.
- Contribute to process improvements and keep onboarding SOPs current.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with corporate KYB/KYC processes, including entity structures, UBO identification, beneficial ownership hierarchies, and due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.
- Basic first-line AML awareness and the ability to identify red flags, ownership complexity, and documentation inconsistencies.
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline when managing a high-volume pipeline, meeting SLA targets, and keeping systems current.
- Clear, confident written and verbal English communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Sound judgment when deciding which issues to handle independently and which to escalate to Compliance or a Team Lead.
