What you will do

• Onboard restaurant venues onto the hirify.global platform and maintain a fast, effective process.
• Build relationships with venue partners and guide them through onboarding.
• Train partners to use hirify.global systems and keep them informed about updates.
• Conduct quality and satisfaction checks to maintain service standards.
• Use collected user data to support venue development and business growth.
• Maintain accurate menu text and visual content and support urgent onboarding cases.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Fluent professional communication in Bulgarian.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Structured, detail-oriented, adaptable, and service-oriented approach.
• Logical problem-solving skills, initiative, and a bias for action and impact.

Nice to have

• Experience in customer support, administration, or office management.
