Area Customer Experience Specialist - Austin MoPac, TX

Location: Austin, Texas; office-based with travel between multiple local branches

What you will do

• Provide coverage across multiple branches, supporting customer transactions and branch banking operations.
• Serve as a financial concierge by identifying customer needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process transactions accurately, maintain cash controls, and balance daily activity.
• Resolve customer issues and educate customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking.
• Support branch colleagues and deliver consistent customer experiences across changing locations.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and branch banking experience.
• Reliable transportation and dependability for travel between local branches.
• Comfort with banking technology, customer service, and financial product education.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Cash-handling experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and presentation skills.
• Notary licensing; NMLS licensing is available for career development.
• Military experience in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar areas.
