We’re looking for a strong Lead Business Account Manager (hands-on role, not leading team) to become a key partner for our B2B clients and manage accounts end-to-end — from day-to-day communication and operational issues to client growth and long-term development.
What we’re looking for:
— 5+ years in Account Management / Customer Success / Partner Management
— iGaming or similar niche experience is a must
— B2B platforms / White Label / SaaS experience is a strong plus
— Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
— Fluent English
Experience with SoftSwiss, EveryMatrix, Pragmatic Solutions, or similar B2B providers would be a big plus 🔥
High-ownership role with direct exposure to the CEO.
