Product Manager, Data Platform (Beeswax, AdTech)

Salary: $125,204.74–$187,807.12 per year

What you will do

• Define product concepts, strategy, features, requirements, implementation plans, and launch priorities for data- and technology-based products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch while coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and technology developments to guide product decisions.
• Manage product budgets, profit and loss considerations, pricing, margin analysis, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate external vendors and strategic partners to deliver initiatives on schedule and within budget.
• Support other product managers with complex problems and larger product initiatives.

Requirements

• AdTech experience is required.
• Understanding of the advertising technology ecosystem and industry-level challenges facing AdTech companies.
• Understanding of basic data infrastructure design principles and experience with data products using Databricks, Snowflake, Looker, Airflow, or dbt.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of coursework and relevant experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules when necessary.

Nice to have

• Experience writing SQL queries.
• Ability to read and write Python and Java or Scala.
