Accountant (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, payments, expenses, and bank transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, account reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with Romanian accounting standards, tax regulations, VAT reporting requirements, and internal policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, management reporting, and audit activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, engineering, quality, and corporate finance teams to improve financial processes and controls.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of Romanian accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems, financial software, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, tax compliance, VAT reporting, and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Professional fluency in English and required Romanian language proficiency.
