Red Team Services Sr. Consultant (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in the UAE or KSA; occasional travel may be required, up to 25%

What you will do

• Lead red team activities that simulate known threat actors across the Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
• Coordinate and lead penetration testing activities across operating systems, applications, databases, and network infrastructure.
• Plan assessments, organize resources, and oversee execution as both an operator and project manager.
• Develop mitigation strategies and reports for executive and technical audiences.
• Mentor less experienced red team members and collaborate with security teams to improve customer defense programs.
• Provide specialized operational guidance during enterprise-wide crisis scenarios and large-scale service outages.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in red team or penetration testing activities.
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role.
• Advanced experience with security assessment tools including Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and Burp Suite.
• Strong knowledge of security methodologies, technologies, best practices, networking components, firewalls, proxies, mail servers, and web servers.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, UNIX, and Mac operating systems, operational support, red teaming, vulnerability testing, and adversary emulation.
• Advanced experience in application and systems automation and scripting, plus proven use of AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows.

Nice to have

• Participation in the security community through conference speaking or security tool development.
• OSCP, GPEN, OSCE, GCIH, or GXPN certification.
