Global Lead, Red Teaming (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Poland; hosted by Cytiva in Kraków.

What you will do

• Design adversary-emulation campaigns and rules of engagement mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, MITRE ATLAS, and business objectives.
• Engineer offensive tradecraft, tooling, command-and-control infrastructure, and automation for repeatable and safe operations.
• Build the purple-team model and detection-validation feedback loop with detection engineering.
• Own safe-operations standards, legal and safety coordination, evidence handling, and remediation-validation cadence.
• Partner with threat intelligence, IAM, cloud, application, and stakeholder teams across global engagements.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of offensive security or red-team experience, including leading engagements.
• Experience planning and executing adversary emulation and red/purple-team operations using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Hands-on exploitation and attack-path experience across Windows/Active Directory, identity, cloud, and application environments.
• Experience with command-and-control and offensive tools such as Cobalt Strike, Mythic, BloodHound, or Burp Suite.
• Experience translating offensive findings into prioritized control and detection improvements.
• Experience coordinating global engagements across legal and works-council contexts.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Cloud, OT, or AI red-teaming experience.
• OSCP, CRTO, OSEP, OSCE3, GXPN, or equivalent offensive security certification.
