TASKI Technical Specialist

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on TASKI floor care machines.
• Diagnose machine issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical support for sales teams and customers, including bids, proposals, and tailored solutions.
• Respond to customer enquiries about service agreements and equipment performance.
• Plan and schedule customer visits and submit weekly activity reports.
• Train customers on product features, operation, and proper use while delivering a strong service experience.

Requirements

• Mechanical and electrical skills, including troubleshooting of increasingly electronic machinery.
• Relevant industry experience providing technical advice and customer support.
• Minimum O-Level/Secondary School, Nitec, or Diploma; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar technical or service role is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for service reporting and system updates.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence and good basic spoken and written English.
