Senior Automation QA Engineer (Selenium)

What you will do

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize scalable test automation frameworks for functional and regression testing.
• Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and PHPUnit.
• Define test scenarios with development and product teams and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Expand automated test coverage across APIs, user interfaces, and backend systems.
• Review automation code, troubleshoot failures, analyze test results, report defects, and monitor applications after deployment.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to continuous improvement in test automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of software testing experience with a strong focus on test automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium and PHPUnit.
• Strong programming skills in Java, PHP, or C#.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
• Familiarity with Git, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in an agile environment.

• Knowledge of AWS.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
