Sr/Principal Engineer Software - AI Transformation (Cortex Cloud)

What you will do

• Develop sophisticated AI-powered features from ideation and technical design through production deployment.
• Build an internal agentic AI tool that improves developer productivity through generative AI and advanced vibe coding.
• Architect and implement highly scalable solutions on GCP for thousands of engineers.
• Ensure enterprise-grade quality, reliability, and production readiness.
• Improve the product UX and developer experience through intuitive, powerful features.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a backend developer.
• Experience with AI vibe coding and a strong interest in AI-driven developer tools.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, or TypeScript.
• Experience building and maintaining live, high-scale cloud production systems, preferably on GCP.
• Strong technical background, independent work style, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Deep interest in improving developer experience.

Nice to have

• Experience developing IDE plugins.
• Experience integrating LLMs into software systems.
• Experience with security products.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
