Creative Strategist, Growth Marketing, Poland (12-Month Contract)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end creative strategy and production process across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Lead weekly sprint cycles, from research and briefing through production, evaluation, and performance review.
• Analyze creative dashboards and cohort data to identify effective hooks, formats, messaging, creators, and production sources.
• Guide video editors, designers, writers, and creators while building a network of local creative talent.
• Partner with media buying, analytics, data science, and marketing teams to connect creative decisions with performance.
• Champion Polish cultural insights and support conversion optimization across the acquisition, activation, and retention funnel.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing with a focus on creative strategy.
• Experience creating and shipping creative for Meta, TikTok, or YouTube, supported by a relevant portfolio.
• Experience guiding creative talent and partnering with media buying and analytics teams.
• Confidence using creative analytics tools and performance dashboards to optimize creative at scale.
• Fluent Polish and excellent English are required; native or fluent Polish speaking and writing is essential.
• Experience creating for the Polish market is essential.

• Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate ideation, research, asset generation, analysis, and output quality.
