Senior Infrastructure and Cloud Security Engineer (AWS/GCP)

hirify.global builds a video product supported by on-premise GPU infrastructure, multi-cloud systems, and cameras deployed at sports clubs and venues worldwide.

What you will do

• Design and review office and data center networks, including the VPN connecting them, and develop network security tooling.
• Build secure cross-site connectivity and endpoint security patterns that IT teams can operate.
• Develop workforce identity and access automation covering SSO hygiene, MFA enforcement, and joiner, mover, and leaver flows.
• Automate checks for drift in cloud configurations and network rules, providing actionable signals to owning teams.
• Address infrastructure and network findings from external penetration tests and build auditable evidence pipelines with GRC.
• Develop cross-cutting capabilities, document runbooks and ownership transitions, and provide network and access reviews through office hours.

Requirements

• Several years of experience across IT, cloud infrastructure, and security.
• Strong fundamentals in networking, identity, endpoint posture, MFA, and SSO at production scale.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, including IAM, networking, and Terraform-style infrastructure as code.
• Experience with identity providers such as Okta or Google Workspace and structured joiner, mover, and leaver access flows.
• Experience building internal tooling that teams adopt, with guardrails and automated controls.
• Strong collaboration, documentation, feedback, and ownership-transition skills.
