What you will do

• Lead large-scale vulnerability research projects and ensure high-quality, innovative results.
• Architect research strategies for complex, undocumented, and resilient embedded and wireless systems.
• Mentor junior and staff researchers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Translate customer mission needs into technical requirements and present complex research findings.
• Identify and implement tools, automation, and research methodologies to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in vulnerability research, reverse engineering, or CNO development.
• Expert proficiency with Ghidra, IDA Pro, Binary Ninja, or comparable decompilers.
• Advanced knowledge of assembly languages, OS internals, TCP/IP, UDP, or HTTP, plus experience with GDB or WinDBG.
• Proven experience discovering vulnerabilities in complex systems or developing sophisticated exploits.
• Experience in technical leadership or project lead roles. Active US Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance are required.

Nice to have

• Technical writing experience for RFPs, white papers, or grant proposals.
• Experience defeating ASLR, DEP, and CFG on non-standard architectures.
• Knowledge of 4G/5G cellular standards or CAN bus and RS485 communications.
• Published research, conference presentations, or CVE credits.
• Client-facing technical leadership experience on government contracts.
