Senior Brand Designer (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Centennial, Colorado, at the Denver HQ. Applicants must be eligible to meet U.S. aerospace export-control requirements.

Base salary: $138,979–$175,768 per year, plus potential long-term incentives, equity, flexible PTO, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Own visual output across digital assets, facility graphics, physical objects, gifts, and global brand touchpoints.
• Build master templates, style guides, design systems, asset libraries, and naming conventions to scale the brand.
• Work on the shop floor and in test facilities with engineers to turn technical data into accurate visual communications.
• Review CAD drawings and mechanical specifications to ensure technical precision in designs.
• Manage vendor relationships, press checks, and material testing for physical brand production.
• Operate within three-week Agile sprints to move creative work from concept to physical execution.

Requirements

• Senior-level brand design experience with strong concept-to-execution capabilities.
• Ability to protect and maintain brand standards while balancing speed and quality.
• Strong understanding of restraint, negative space, clean typography, sophistication, and visual hierarchy.
• Technical precision and willingness to work with CAD drawings, mechanical specifications, and engineering data.
• Experience building organized design systems and digital asset foundations.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. government authorizations under ITAR and EAR regulations.
