What you will do

• Coordinate and implement hirify.global’s global brand strategy in Romania and Bulgaria across trade marketing, digital marketing, and PR.
• Develop presentations and marketing materials for the sales force and support customer marketing activities.
• Execute POS excellence and e-retail strategies to increase brand visibility online and offline.
• Support the creation and execution of Shop in Shops projects with the Global Trade team.
• Coordinate local product launches, edit marketing content, and ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns.
• Lead local PR agencies, organize consumer fairs and retail-partner events, and monitor campaign results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related business field.
• Relevant marketing experience with knowledge of trade marketing, brand communication, and PR.
• Strong focus on trade marketing, online marketing, and influencer marketing.
• Proficiency in English and Romanian is required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel, a hands-on approach, and ability to work as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
• Interest in lifestyle and design, with an affinity for premium and luxury products.
