Eurasia Marketing Coordinator

What you will do

• Execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and build the startup community in the EECCA region.
• Create and manage content strategies, calendars, and promotional materials.
• Plan and run email, social media, event marketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
• Oversee website content and functionality in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, agencies, and event stakeholders.
• Monitor marketing metrics, prepare insights, and manage PR activities including press releases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, social media, and campaign development.
• 2+ years of experience in event marketing and coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, creating content, managing content calendars, and promoting events.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Canva, and Adobe Suite.

Nice to have

• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience using performance metrics and KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Experience coordinating external agencies and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable, proactive, and effective at communicating with diverse stakeholders.
