TL;DR
Accounting Expert (Accounting/SAP): Managing reconciliations, monthly closing, provisions, financial variance analysis, and KPI reporting with an accent on IFRS compliance, audit support, and fixed-asset control. Focus on implementing SAP S/4HANA, improving accounting processes, and building automation solutions with Power Automate and Power Query.
Location: Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil. Work visa sponsorship and relocation support are not offered.

What you will do
- Perform account reconciliations, adjustments, monthly accounting closing, and provision calculations.
- Analyze account variances and financial KPIs.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Monitor and control fixed assets.
- Review and improve accounting and financial processes.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA and modernization projects, promoting automation and technological solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Experience with SAP, especially the financial module, is mandatory.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
- Proactive, analytical, and innovation-driven approach to process transformation.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Power Automate, and Power Query.
- Experience with audits.
