Principal AI Search & Conversation Architect (AI)

hirify.global is building AskOle and OleOle, AI-driven travel and football platforms combining conversational commerce, social networking, real-time translation, payments, mini programs, and live content.

What you will do

• Architect the AI orchestration layer powering conversational search, recommendations, and transactions.
• Coordinate large language models, specialized agents, retrieval systems, recommendation engines, and external APIs.
• Design systems that understand intent, plan multi-step tasks, maintain context, execute tools, and adapt recommendations from user feedback.
• Integrate real-time data from ticketing, hotels, airlines, restaurants, transportation, mapping, weather, reviews, and other providers.
• Define technical vision and standards for LLM strategy, retrieval, agent design, memory, semantic search, knowledge graphs, and evaluation.
• Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with principal architects across infrastructure, payments, blockchain, messaging, mini programs, and platform services.

Requirements

• Production-scale experience architecting AI platforms used by large numbers of users.
• Principal Engineer, Chief Architect, Distinguished Engineer, or equivalent senior technical leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent systems, RAG, semantic search, recommendation systems, and conversational AI.
• Experience designing distributed, cloud-native systems with high availability, global scale, and low latency.
• Hands-on experience integrating complex third-party APIs and multiple real-time data sources.
• Strong architectural judgment, communication, technical leadership, mentoring, and engineering standards experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, open-source language models, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy, vector databases, graph databases, or modern AI infrastructure.
• Understanding of football and international sports.
