Senior Software Developer (AI)

Location: Onsite in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania (Philadelphia Area)

What you will do

• Build secure, scalable applications and internal platforms supporting HR, payroll, compliance, compensation, and other critical business functions.
• Develop solutions using LLMs on on-premises GPU infrastructure.
• Architect and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as UKG and ADP.
• Own work across the full SDLC, from architecture and application design through deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
• Contribute to the dedicated on-premises infrastructure environment and collaborate with engineers, analysts, and system owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline; relevant experience may substitute for education.
• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# or Java.
• Experience with SQL, web development, and API-driven architectures.
• Experience with AI-assisted tooling such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with interest in deployment, data flow, and reliability.

• Experience deploying AI inference solutions.
