Software Developer - Global Routing (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain systems for electronic order routing across global markets and trading venues.
• Build and enhance FIX connectivity for clients, brokers, exchanges, and internal systems.
• Support international expansion and onboard new trading relationships with business counterparts in Europe and Asia.
• Collaborate with traders, operations, developers, and external vendors to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Contribute to scalable, reliable system architecture and document workflows and integration specifications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with C#, Java, or C++.
• Deep knowledge of the FIX protocol and hands-on experience supporting FIX connectivity in trading or financial technology environments.
• Experience with order routing in multi-system, global trading environments.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for complex distributed systems.
• Experience with low-latency or high-throughput system design and connectivity to global exchanges or dark pools.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with quants, traders, clients, and technology teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with financial models or algorithmic trading strategies.
