Senior Designer (AI)

Location: London, UK; on-site at Shoreditch Exchange

Salary: £90,000–£150,000 annual total compensation, with a choice of cash and equity split.

Jack & Jill is an AI recruitment company building two agentic products: Jack, a career co-pilot for candidates, and Jill, an AI talent partner for companies.

What you will do

• Own the visual direction and brand craft across landing pages, campaign imagery, paid creative, and web experiences.
• Design end-to-end campaigns for paid social, LinkedIn, organic channels, and landing pages across B2C and B2B products.
• Define a distinctive visual language for Jack and Jill across external channels and explore how human–AI relationships should look and feel.
• Develop and evolve the brand system, including typography, layouts, imagery, motion graphics, and scalable visual systems.
• Create static and motion work in 2D and 3D, including billboards and out-of-home campaigns in San Francisco, New York, and London.
• Collaborate with the growth team, freelancers, agencies, and content strategists while taking work from brief to live launch and iterating on results.

Requirements

• Senior-level visual and brand design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor while maintaining a high standard of visual taste and craft.
• Experience with consumer brands is preferred, with a strong understanding of how careers relate to people's lives.
• Comfort working across static and motion design, including 2D and 3D stills and moving image.
• Experience with modern tools such as After Effects, Jitter, or Blender, or equivalent alternatives.
• Ability to work in person in London and collaborate closely with a senior growth team.

Nice to have

• Agency or studio leadership experience.
• Experience designing for AI products or using AI tools in the creative process.
• Experience directing freelancers, agencies, or external creative partners.
