Location: Onsite in New York or Philadelphia, United States

Salary: $300,000 annual base pay

What you will do

• Build and refine data-driven, fully automated trading strategies.
• Apply probability theory, statistical analysis, and machine learning to analyze market behavior.
• Monetize alpha by combining quantitative signals with trading intuition and live market insights.
• Monitor strategy deployment and real-time performance, fine-tune parameters, and respond to anomalies.
• Collaborate with researchers and technologists to build parts of the execution engine.

Requirements

• PhD graduating by Summer 2026 or postdoctoral experience in mathematics, physics, statistics, electrical engineering, computer science, operations research, economics, or another quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with an interest in turning data into decisions.
• Python programming experience for processing and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong interest in trading and developing a deep understanding of market microstructure.
• Interest in strategic games or competitive activities.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York or Philadelphia office.

Nice to have

• C++ or another low-level programming language.
