Senior Software Engineer (C#/.NET, React, Python)

What you will do

• Build research applications, services, and platforms supporting trading strategies, including beta analysis, news aggregation, trading-opinion workflows, and production infrastructure.
• Partner with quantitative researchers and traders to understand needs, design solutions, and deliver features from development through production.
• Improve platform observability, debugging tools, production behavior, and performance under load.
• Develop across the stack using C# and .NET backend services, React and JavaScript frontends, and Python for data-intensive services.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across the firm and internationally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, Python, and React or another modern JavaScript framework.
• Full-stack experience across backend services and frontend interfaces.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with quantitative researchers, traders, and developers in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
