Associate Therapist (NJ)

Location: Fully remote via telehealth from anywhere in New Jersey

What you will do

• Provide initial assessments and evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Administer and interpret PHQ-9, GAD-7, C-SSRS, and other standardized measurement tools during every session.
• Develop and update personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans using patient progress data.
• Deliver telehealth services through an integrated EHR and outcomes platform.
• Document sessions accurately in real time and connect clinical notes to treatment goals and measurement-based care findings.
• Participate in regular supervision and provide scheduled patient care without on-call requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling from an accredited program, or an active associate clinical license in New Jersey.
• Training or experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, or MI.
• Interest in measurement-informed care and comfort interpreting symptom scores with patients.
• Experience providing therapy in virtual settings.
• Strong communication, rapport-building, self-direction, and responsiveness to patient and team needs.

Nice to have

• Licensure in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
• Experience with serious mental illness or substance use disorders.
• Interest in using data and technology to improve access to mental healthcare.
