National Manager, Product

What you will do

• Own a product domain end to end, including product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and customer value.
• Build, lead, hire, and coach a team of product managers while setting standards for product craft and decision quality.
• Establish discovery, customer research, working-backwards documentation, incremental delivery, and AI-supported product management practices.
• Partner with engineering, design, business, and technical program leadership on roadmap, capacity, architecture intent, and delivery.
• Define domain KPIs, build dashboards, and demonstrate customer, revenue, operational, satisfaction, and ROI outcomes.
• Resolve cross-domain dependencies, delivery risks, shared capabilities, hand-offs, and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in product management, technology, or product leadership, including 7+ years focused on consumer-facing and go-to-market products.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital products and leading or growing product management teams.
• Experience with customer research, data-driven prioritization, product development lifecycle, modern software practices, cloud-native architecture, and Agile.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills across engineering, business, and executive audiences.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models, plus familiarity with product management and analytics tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Must have United States work authorization and must not require visa or employment-based sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in computer science or software engineering, or an MBA.
• Financial services, automotive, fintech, lending, or marketplace experience.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered product features, regulatory or compliance requirements, horizontal platforms, or cloud-native applications.
• Experience writing PR/FAQs or similar working-backwards product documents.
