Salary: $120,212.52–$180,318.78 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-powered product features and services.
• Develop applications and workflows integrating LLMs, agents, and machine learning capabilities.
• Contribute to AI evaluation, observability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and quality assurance teams to translate requirements into reliable software.
• Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of AI capabilities and contribute to architecture and technical design reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and create reusable components for AI adoption.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience, with 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications and production software.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms, LLMs, agents, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Understanding of APIs, distributed systems, software architecture patterns, software testing, and complex technical troubleshooting.
