Junior AI Fullstack Developer

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern AI-enabled web applications.
• Operationalise prototypes created by the Dublin and local AI teams.
• Ensure smooth handover of operationalised prototypes to business technology teams.
• Collaborate with AI teams in Dublin and Cluj in an Agile environment.
• Establish development frameworks, standards, prompt engineering practices, and reusable solution guidelines.
• Apply rapid experimentation, learn from failures, and communicate lessons learned.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant development experience.
• Proficiency with a modern frontend framework, ideally React; Vue or Angular are also suitable.
• Hands-on experience with NestJS, Node.js, or a similar stack, plus knowledge of Python.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian.
• Creative problem-solving and effective collaboration in Agile teams.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Kubernetes and MongoDB.
• Knowledge of deployments and infrastructure.
