Jr. Manager, Solutions (Music)

What you will do

• Represent administrative teams, including legal, finance, and operations, when supporting Orchard clients.
• Address client issues, gather feedback, advocate for client needs, and provide clear solutions.
• Coordinate with relationship management and rights management teams to verify release metadata compliance and status changes.
• Advise on product logistics and manage complex digital release setups based on label and campaign requirements.
• Define internal processes and procedures for operational questions across the organization.
• Handle a high volume of inbound requests from labels and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Resourceful, proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, follow through, and maintain close attention to detail.
• Patience and empathy when working with clients and internal teams.
