What you will do
- Drive end-to-end technical implementation programs and workstreams for internal tooling and services.
- Build detailed work breakdowns, milestones, risks, success metrics, deliverables, and multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Facilitate continuous planning and priority alignment across Technology, Product, Solution Architecture, and engineering teams.
- Monitor execution, identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate timely course corrections.
- Manage stakeholder communications, status reporting, delivery metrics, and program financial health.
- Maintain project-management tooling and data quality, including Jira stewardship and transparent reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or information science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience managing complex, highly visible technical programs with interdependent work.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating with product, engineering, security, database, and architecture teams.
- Experience with organizational tools for communication, work management, project management, product ideation, software delivery, and workspace management.
- Strong familiarity with cloud infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least one Agile methodology, proactive leadership, risk mitigation, and executive communication.
Nice to have
- PMP or Agile Certified Practitioner certification.
- Previous experience in FinTech or highly regulated environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Google Drive, or similar tools.
