Tier 2 Network Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid in Pasig City, Philippines, at GLAS Tower, Ortigas Center; 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home each week. Shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

What you will do

• Implement network security safeguards according to industry and organizational policies.
• Direct Network and Systems Engineers in applying security best practices.
• Collaborate with Network Operations to validate and update disaster recovery plans.
• Develop security incident response policies and team training.
• Research emerging technologies to strengthen the network security infrastructure.
• Coordinate penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, internal audits, and external security audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of coursework and relevant professional experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with network security safeguards, security compliance, incident response, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
• Willingness to work a variable shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Pasig City setup with regular onsite attendance.
