Network and Cybersecurity Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain system requirements, network designs, deployment instructions, and security specifications for energy storage projects.
• Lead security requirements projects, network design reviews, and in-house security testing for the product suite.
• Monitor vulnerability scanners and security tools, escalating malware, vulnerabilities, indicators of compromise, and other incident indicators.
• Implement and validate network controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, DNS monitoring, WAF, and DDoS protection.
• Conduct manual and automated software and infrastructure testing, remediate penetration-testing findings, and support vulnerability management.
• Develop security architecture recommendations, policies, control standards, threat analyses, and short- and long-term enterprise network security roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in applicable network and cybersecurity skills.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity processes and proficiency with network and cybersecurity tools and applications.
• Knowledge of NIST, AESCSF, and related security frameworks.
• Knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches, including Cisco and Fortinet technologies.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
