Location: Remote work from Latin America; Ecuador/Quito. Must be available to work until 4 pm US Pacific Time.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD and release pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Manage artifact lifecycle workflows through Nexus Artifact Server.
• Provision, manage, and scale AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Deploy and operate containerized applications in production Kubernetes clusters.
• Maintain and harden Enterprise Linux environments and configure NGINX reverse proxies, load balancing, and SSL/TLS termination.
• Administer MySQL databases and establish platform monitoring, metrics, and alerting with Zabbix.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Advanced hands-on experience administering Enterprise Linux, including system internals, networking, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Jenkins pipelines, GitHub workflows, Nexus Artifact Server, AWS, and IaC tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Production experience managing Kubernetes workloads, NGINX, SSL/TLS, and MySQL account permissions, backups, restores, and performance monitoring.
• Strong Bash and Python skills for automation and tool development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and availability to work until 4 pm US Pacific Time.
