Interior Designer (Luxury Furniture)

Location: On-site in La Jolla, San Diego, California, USA

Salary: $60,000–$165,000 annual base salary, plus monthly sales incentives and quarterly bonuses if achieved.

What you will do

• Manage multiple interior design projects of varying budgets, sizes, and scales, independently and collaboratively.
• Assist clients with merchandise selection, customization, purchasing, layouts, and presentations.
• Build client relationships in-store and at design events, including architectural shows and show homes.
• Conduct house calls and support interior installations.
• Mentor Design Consultants and train the team on layouts and presentations.
• Manage designated design business activities while pursuing individual and collaborative sales goals.

Requirements

• Interior Design degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of interior design experience.
• House call and interior installation experience.
• Portfolio of completed projects available for review.
• Experience with space planning, rendering, presentations, project estimating, organization, time management, customer service, and problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, color specialization, style leadership, and prior hirify.global product knowledge.
