Designer (Interior Design/Architecture)

TL;DR

Designer (Interior Design/Architecture): Developing holistic spatial solutions for leading brands from concept through construction with an accent on conceptual thinking and visualization. Focus on creating detailed construction documents, coordinating with consultants, and managing furniture vendor relations.

Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA). Must be local to one of the studios (LA, SF, or NY) and available onsite regularly.

Salary: $50,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Work on multiple projects of varying types and scales from concept through construction.
• Develop conceptual designs and high-quality visual representations.
• Create and refine construction documents for review.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage relationships with furniture vendors.
• Collaborate in person through pin-ups, workshops, and model reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 0-5+ years of experience working at an architecture or design studio.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, G-Suite, and Figma.
• Experience working with project teams through the entire project lifecycle.
• Must be based in or local to Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York.

Nice to have

• Experience and interest in 3D visualization.
