Senior Digital Workplace Engineer (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage Entra ID identity lifecycle, conditional access, device trust, SSO, and authentication policies.
• Integrate Copilot and ChatGPT into employee and partner workflows to improve productivity.
• Govern Microsoft 365 tenant architecture, licensing, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Automate access and collaboration workflows with PowerShell, Power Automate, Python, and Graph API.
• Partner with Security, Support, Client Engineering, Business Process Engineering, and Data Science teams on Zero Trust and AI-driven productivity solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering focused on collaboration and identity platforms.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, including Entitlement Management, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Graph API.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, SSO, Conditional Access, authentication protocols, hybrid identity, and lifecycle provisioning.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python.
• Experience securing and managing Microsoft 365 tenants at scale, including E5, security/compliance, and Copilot licensing.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate.
• Experience deploying AI-enhanced collaboration tools and GPT integrations.
