Commercial Lead Security Investigator

Location: Richardson, Texas; the position is also based in Dallas and Houston

Annual salary: $69,700–$108,650 depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Conduct non-field investigations of suspected fraud flags and illegal activity involving commercial auto, commercial trucking, multiline, and auto claims.
• Interview involved parties, take statements, conduct examinations under oath, and perform database inquiries.
• Locate additional information sources and witnesses to support investigations.
• Evaluate information credibility and establish the facts of loss.
• Report findings to claims teams and refer investigation assignments to outside agencies.
• Provide training and support to departments involved in claims handling.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of claims and/or investigation experience handling commercial auto and/or trucking is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask, learn and apply substantial technical and procedural information.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage heavy claim volumes and stressful situations.
