Commercial Lead Security Investigator (Insurance)

Location: Richardson, Texas; the position is based in Dallas and Houston

Salary: $69,700–$108,650 annual salary, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Conduct non-field investigations of suspected fraud and other illegal activity involving commercial auto, commercial trucking, multiline, and auto claims.
• Interview claimants and other parties, take statements, conduct examinations under oath, and perform database inquiries.
• Locate additional information and witnesses to support investigations.
• Evaluate evidence, determine credibility and facts of loss, and report findings to claims teams.
• Refer investigation assignments to outside agencies and provide training and support across the claims handling process.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of claims and/or investigation experience involving commercial auto or trucking is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, heavy claim volume, and stressful situations.
• Ability to learn and apply extensive technical and procedural information.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
