Infrastructure & Capital Projects Scheduling Analyst, ANS (Primavera P6)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia; onsite at client and partner project sites

What you will do

• Analyze project performance against GPC baselines.
• Assess schedule risks and delays, informing stakeholders and supporting mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate schedule review discussions with project management teams and stakeholders.
• Travel to project site meetings to support schedule coordination and reviews.
• Develop and maintain detailed transmission project schedules in Primavera P6, aligned with approved scope, milestones, timelines, CPM standards, WBS, and TPMO requirements.
• Prepare schedule reports and maintain project schedule documentation.

Requirements

• Relevant scheduling certifications aligned with the role.
• Proven project scheduling experience using Primavera P6 exclusively.
• Experience with schedule development, progress tracking, and project forecasting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Critical Path Method.
• Ability to perform logic checks, schedule reviews, data integrity validation, and QA/QC activities.
• Ability to work onsite at client locations and attend project site meetings.
