SAP Applications Manager (Contractor) (SAP S/4HANA): Managing and optimizing Allogene's SAP solution landscape with an accent on SAP architecture, security, upgrades, integrations, and regulatory compliance. Focus on configuring SAP client and transport structures, improving security processes, and coordinating reliable delivery across internal teams and external support partners.
Location: Remote in South San Francisco, CA, or based in South San Francisco, CA. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Salary: $90–$100 per hour

What you will do
- Manage SAP changes, redesigns, architecture, configuration, licensing, and physical-system optimization.
- Plan and execute SAP application updates and upgrade projects.
- Partner with the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud organization to maintain SAP server and database environments.
- Gather requirements, document changes, coordinate testing, monitor the SAP landscape, and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage SAP client structures, transport paths, development, test, and QA environments.
- Optimize SAP security, maintain compliance with SOX and GxP requirements, and monitor partner service metrics against SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, HANA security roles, Fiori, middleware, integration, web technologies, Cloud Analytics, and Cloud Integration Platform.
- Experience with SAP Financials, Inventory and Materials Management, Warehouse Management, and Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to decompose complex technical work, lead small teams, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
- U.S. work authorization is required.
