Group Copy Supervisor (DTC Pharmaceutical Experience)

Location: Chicago, IL, USA. Eligible for hire in select U.S. locations.

Salary: USD 122,570–176,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Own concept and copy development across projects of varying complexity and scope.
• Generate ideas while multitasking, delegating, and managing multiple projects.
• Partner with senior account team members to ensure work meets strategic, business, and creative expectations.
• Present and sell creative work externally to clients.
• Provide career-building guidance, mentorship, and support to the copy team.
• Model inclusive behaviors and contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 8+ years of copywriting experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical advertising experience in an agency setting.
• Experience creating branded and unbranded DTC pharmaceutical content, including social media, digital marketing, and integrated omnichannel campaigns.
• Ability to interpret clinical and scientific data and create medically accurate, strategically aligned content.
• Experience leading complex projects, collaborating cross-functionally, presenting creative ideas, and building client relationships.

Nice to have

• Healthcare professional writing experience.
• Experience in pulmonology and/or allergy.
