What you will do

• Implement well-defined components of production-grade AI solutions, including LLM-based application features and supporting services.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts, APIs, and services for AI workflows and integrations.
• Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries and data transformations, while supporting data quality checks and troubleshooting.
• Assist with RAG components, including document ingestion, indexing, retrieval configuration, and prompt assembly.
• Create evaluation datasets and perform basic evaluations of model outputs and system quality.
• Follow testing, documentation, security, and deployment practices and escalate data issues, model failure modes, and operational risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Zero to two years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI-related development.
• Proficiency in SQL and foundational data management, including data validation, data quality awareness, and structured datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for application development, scripting, and basic API integration.
• Introductory experience with generative AI application development, prompt-based workflows, and model-assisted features.
• Familiarity with Git, branching, code review, issue tracking, and modern development practices.

Nice to have

• Exposure to LLM tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Clear communication skills, curiosity, and the ability to incorporate feedback through iterative development.
