Customer Operations Representative (Logistics)

Location: Cincinnati, OH, United States; onsite. Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an hour break and flexibility based on coverage.

Salary: $50,000 per year, plus eligibility for monthly incentives based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Manage operational workflows for designated accounts and provide customer service.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, order delays, and shipment-related problems.
• Schedule freight pickup and delivery appointments.
• Enter data and build orders in the proprietary transportation management system.
• Provide freight status updates to customers, shippers, receivers, and internal teams.
• Verify freight charges, resolve accounting discrepancies, and prepare order paperwork before invoicing.

Requirements

• Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to change focus quickly in response to market conditions and business needs.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.
• Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, Monday through Friday.
