Program/Project Manager Intern

Location: You will be based in Milan for the duration of the internship. Relocation package may be offered subject to eligibility.

Overview

As a Program/Project Manager intern, you will contribute to making customers’ lives easier by conducting data analysis to generate insights into system behavior. You will identify performance gaps and improvement potentials for Amazon's most strategic brands, optimizing visibility across the website and activating marketing channels to increase customer conversion and retention.

What you will do

• Work alongside a Vendor Manager to maximize business performance and grow sales.
• Support the definition, conceptualization, and implementation of strategic programs aimed at digitizing the procurement landscape.
• Analyze trends and identify new customer insights through deep dives into large datasets.

Requirements

• Available to commence a 6-month, full-time (40h/week) internship between January and December 2025.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with an anticipated graduation date after the completion of the internship.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English (Level - C1 or higher).
• Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian (Level - B2 or higher).
• You will be based in Milan for the duration of the internship.

• Studies within Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or similar fields.

Hiring process

• Selected candidates will be invited to an online assessment.
• Successful candidates will attend two rounds of virtual interviews on the same day, consisting of behavioral questions and a case study.
