What you will do

• Coordinate and execute accelerator programs, workshops, and events in partnership with corporate stakeholders.
• Provide direct support to participating startups by facilitating access to resources, mentors, and industry experts.
• Maintain program databases, track cohort performance metrics, and manage essential documentation.
• Organize signature events including pitch days and networking sessions, handling logistics and venue operations.
• Engage with the startup community and assist in developing social media strategies to enhance brand reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6–12 months of experience in a startup environment.
• Fluent in English and Italian (C1 level).
• Ability to work effectively within a small, dynamic, and international team.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
